Creative art for wellbeing workshops

We are coming to the end of our series of workshops run by degree student Tye for her placement.

The 12 weeks have flown by, and have been attended by differnet service users, volunteers and members of the community with a range of different health conditions.

Everyone has found the sessions very beneficial to their welbeing. There is a sense of calm, supportive friendship and creativity.

The sessions have included mindfulness activities, art journal making, candle painting, clay, abstract art and many more interesting creative projects that people have found stimulating and absorbing.

The video shows a few of the workshop attendees talking about how the workshops have helped them: https://youtu.be/WRwmnX6FfTw
