Welcome to Lou who is joining our therapy team

The Centre is pleased to announce a new member of the team, Lou.

Lou comes from a background of personal trainer and is a retired fire fighter, she started her massage career in 2013.

Lou will be offering deep tissue massage to help members with pain, muscle stiffness and spasm and to help improve circulation.
