Boxing for Exercise

Join us at the Centre on Monday’s at 2pm for a 45 minute boxing workout where you are encouraged to work at your own pace and fitness levels in a fun and  supportive atmosphere.

A full body workout in pairs with boxing gloves and pads.

Boxing has been shown to bring a range of benefits:

All equipment provided, no experience necessary.

We will need to know if you are able to exercise standing or need to be seated or in a wheelchair. We also need to know if you will be accompanied.
