Kristian Brooks-Buckingham 

I have been a practising artist my whole life, I gained a BA (hons) in Fine Art painting from Cheltenham College of Arts in 2004. And I have been teaching Art since 2006. I work in many different mediums and love creating works that make people happy. I draw, paint, etch and photograph a wide variety of imagery to create my work. My recent works are all about; 'what makes me happy', from Wildlife to Movies.

I am interested in creating fine detailed images  of wildlife that juxtapose with the backgrounds. I combine expressive abstract painting with traditional fine detail oil painting techniques to give my wildlife paintings a sense of movement and movie-like quality.
