Sophie is a coloured pencil and pastel based artist hailing from Bedfordshire, UK. With a passion for emotive animal art, she creates often serene and always beautiful portraits of wildlife and pets.

Sophie's inspiration comes from nature and the way animals and pets often seem to show truly human emotions, so much so that we feel an intense connection with them. She aims to capture that connection with layers of pigment and acute attention to detail.
