Dreema Tayyab
Painter, writer and product designer Dreema Tayyab has been painting since childhood. She showed enormous talent and deep interest in painting at a very early age in her life. “Through painting I was able to express myself without words” says the artist who has decided to exhibit two of her childhood paintings for the first time at the event!
Growing up, Dreema chose art as her subject to further explore her creativity. It was during her high school time when she first painted the hyper realistic dog portraits, which were then displayed at the Alhamra Art Council’s 11 th Annual Exhibition of Young Artists in 2015. Two of these paintings will also be on display at the pop-up art exhibition! She enjoys painting everyday objects and explores multi-mediums including oil, acrylics, water and pencil colours. Later on, Dreema focused her creative skills to pursue her career as a jewellery designer and has been doing that since 2018.
Upon moving to UK in 2023, Dreema found herself on the foothills of a fresh start! She rekindled with her love of painting by embracing new energy and new surroundings, which embarked her on a new artistic journey to do what she has always loved doing. Her latest work is abstract and highly expressive; it is an expression of her emotions. “Painting is like therapy for me. It gives me enormous joy, and now I want to share this experience with other people and motivate them” says the artist who now shares her work and thought processes through her Instagram page under the name @paintingeverydaylife_
