ARCHITECT & ART

An architect by trade, my passion for making art was ignited - full blast - during the covid pandemic : I craved a direct source of inspiration and making, creativity always at the base of my architect’s practice.

I work on my art daily, studying the work of established artists throughout history, experimenting with new ideas, and taking courses in life drawing and ceramics. I am fascinated by the elusive nature of color, and curious as to how my years in architecture inform my art.

To be part of the wider art community is vital to me, so I volunteer as much as possible for events like the MS Therapy Centre Pop Up Art Exhibition and with the Wysing Arts Centre, where I assist artists during workshops and the WAC organization- wide events.

For the Pop Up Exhibition this year I have selected a group of study prints and watercolors, all work on paper.
