Andrzej Wyskup

I was born in August 1976 in small town in Poland. I have a wife and four children. I live in the UK since September 2005. 

Oil painting was always my hobby.My father loved drawing and sculpturing, so I got those art vibes from him. 

I used to work as a carpenter, but in 2013 I was diagnosed with MS. I had a really serious relapse in August 2014 and then I couldn’t work anymore. 

I had plenty of free time and I was feeling quite depressed. So I decided to start painting in my garden shed. I can express myself and it takes me to the different worlds. Sometimes painting is my motivation to get up and start the day even if I’m feeling really unwell . I love painting, it’s a great therapy for me. I usually paint pictures for my family and friends. I took a part in a charity event to help raising some money. 

I usually paint landscapes but also people and animals. 

My favourite artists are: Titian, Jean-Francois Millet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Ralph Albert Blakelock.
