The Bedford and Northants MS Therapy Centre provides support & therapies to people living with MS
About our charity
Our charity provides professional specialist therapies and support for people living with MS, similar rare neurological conditions and Parkinson’s.
We support people throughout their illness, in a friendly, self-help environment, and also support carers, friends and families.
If you have MS, a similar neurological condition or Parkinson’s please come and see us – there is something here for you.

We do not not receive any government funding and we need to raise £1,300+ per day to keep the MS Therapy Centre running.

Many therapies available
Our therapies include: neuro physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, group exercise, balance and cardio classes, along with Parkinson’s-specific exercise classes.
Our MS Health and Wellbeing Coach can help with all aspects of your MS.
We offer a number of complementary therapies such as reflexology, Pilates, Bowen, massage and oxygen therapy.
We are also very proud of our fully adapted and accessible gym.
Creative art and wellbeing workshops
Join our new series of workshops starting on Tuesday January 14th 10am to noon. They will run every week, alternating Mondays and Tuesdays.
Materials are provided, and there is no cost to members, carers or volunteers. £10 for anyone else if spaces are available.

You don't need to sign up to the whole series - choose the ones that you are interested in.
Any abilities are welcome.
Charity shop opening times
Monday to Thursday 10am to 2.30pm.
Friday 10am to 12.30pm.
Every third Saturday with our charity sale 10am - noon.

Opening times:
Monday to Thursday 9am - 3.30pm
Visit our ‘new to you’ shops. Deja Vu is full of quality used clothes and accessories for men and women. And the emporium is full of useful bric-a-brac, jigsaws, books and collectables.
Our shops are open Monday to Thursday 10am - 2.30pm and every third Saturday 10am - noon.
